Selfchat is a platform for introspection and self-awareness. It tracks your daily habits, important relationships, and ever-changing emotions, using data to give you the insights you need to become a healthier, happier Beyoncé of mindfulness.
To build a smart bot and identity that would mirror your own smart self, keeping tabs of your thoughts, moods, and habits from sleep patterns, to water intake, to how many times you really shouldn’t have texted your ex.
We built an identity for… an identity. Selfchat is personal, and like nothing or no one else. So we celebrated that with a logo that measures up.
We wanted Selfchat to be that app that would be the first thing you’d check in the am, before you even brush your teeth. So that you (and your morning breath) could have a little check-in, think of something you’re grateful for, and set the best intentions for the day ahead.
Here’s how it started, in wireframes.
And here’s what it grew into: a simple, easy to use platform that tracks everything you do—in a non creepy way.
With a simple emoji answer to how you’re feeling every day, or a little input on how many zzz’s you got in, or even how much time you spent meditating, Selfchat keeps track of how you’re doing, so you keep doing better each day.
“Psh, my smart watch already does that.” To which we say: “Cool. But heart rates don’t tell you everything you need to know about yo heart.” Give it a try. We bet you’ll be in the best company.
